What age groups do you coach?
Players from grassroots U7 all the way through college level. Every session is individualised, so a U9 attacker and a HS varsity centre-back can both get exactly what they need — the standard never drops, the content adapts.
Where do sessions take place?
In and around Plymouth, Massachusetts. The specific field or facility is confirmed at booking depending on the time of year and what the session calls for. Clinics can be hosted at your team's home venue. Camps are held at a dedicated venue (confirmed at registration).
Do you offer goalkeeper training?
Yes — 1-on-1 and small-group sessions are tailored to the player's position, and goalkeeping is included. For a GK-specific deep dive, mention it on the enquiry form and we'll structure the block around handling, distribution, footwork, and shot stopping.
What's the difference between a clinic and small-group training?
Clinics are theme-based group sessions (e.g. finishing, defending, set-pieces, pre-season tune-up, speed & agility) for whole teams or open groups. Small-group training is up to 4 players you bring or get matched with, focused on individual development under competitive conditions. Clinics can come to your venue; small-group sessions are typically in Plymouth.
How do block rates work?
Block rates are multi-session packs (typically 10 sessions or a full season) at a preferred per-session price. They come with priority scheduling and quarterly progress reviews. Reach out for current pricing — it depends on session type and frequency.
What's the cancellation policy?
24-hour notice for individual and small-group sessions; rescheduling is free within the same week. Weather cancellations are rescheduled at no charge.
Do you take film from any platform?
Yes — Veo, Hudl, GameChanger, raw phone video, anything. Upload instructions are sent after you book a film review.
Can you help with college recruiting?
Absolutely. Film reviews can be tailored for recruiting tape, and the coach's college-level coaching background means feedback comes framed against what college coaches actually look for.
How do I register for summer camps?
Use the Register button on the Camps page — it takes you to the dedicated camp registration site. Spots are limited per week.
Do you accept insurance?
PG4 Training is a private coaching service, not a medical or physical-therapy practice, so insurance does not apply. Payment is handled directly per session, per clinic, or per block.
