About

Coach Gaffoor — twenty years on the touchline.

European pedigree, American game. Grassroots to college level. The training adapts; the standard does not.

Coach Gaffoor on the pitch with a player

20 years coaching across Europe and the USA — grassroots through college, and currently a high school head coach.

Born and trained inside European football's licensing system, Coach Gaffoor has spent two decades developing players from grassroots academies through the college game. The PG4 method isn't about flashy drills — it's about closing the gap between what a player can do in a cone drill and what they actually do under pressure in a match.

That's why every player gets work across five concrete training areas: the technical (your touch, your range, your finishing under fatigue), the tactical (your scanning, your decisions, your shape), the functional (the work specific to the position you actually play), the positional (movement off the ball, lines, channels, supporting angles), and speed & agility (game-relevant acceleration and change-of-direction — grounded in FIFA football-medicine principles).

PG4 Training is built for committed players and supportive families. If you're willing to put in the work, the work will be worth it.

The PG4 Framework

Five training areas, one standard.

Players are developed across five concrete training areas: technical, tactical, functional, positional, and speed & agility. The standard never drops; the path adapts to the player.

01
Technical
First touch, ball mastery, passing range, finishing under fatigue — the non-negotiable foundation.
02
Tactical
Reading the game. Scanning, body shape, decision-making in tight space, transition moments.
03
Functional
Role-specific work for forwards, midfielders, defenders, and goalkeepers. Train the position you play.
04
Positional
Movement off the ball. Lines, channels, supporting angles, defensive shape, attacking width.
05
Speed & Agility
Acceleration, change of direction, repeat-sprint capacity. Game-relevant speed, not just track speed.
